we’ve been anchored in half Moon Bay for two nights now. We will leave tomorrow morning to head to Santa Cruz. It’s been nice here, a little gloomy, but relaxing and helping us ease into cruising mode. Yesterday we paddled in after a swim and attempted surf session. There wasn’t any Surf, so we hiked around and explored the beaches.

Ellamae and Taj helped me make meatloaf muffins, and Nina and Ellamae made organic peppermint patties. We had a restful sleep in the Anchorage. Today we paddled to shore again, and are meeting with good friends of ours from San Francisco.
