Our new cruising friends s/v coccinelle , who sailed from their homeland of France over 2.5 years ago, are departing to continue their voyage around the world. They have stayed in the Bay Area and Sausalito for the last month. We have throughly enjoyed their company. Their kids and our kids had so much fun together despite not being able to communicate in the same language. We will miss them dearly and look forward to seeing them during our journey. OMG – small world! We met SV Coccinelle in Gambier in July 2013 and had the pleasure of seeing them again briefly when they arrived in Hawaii in 2014. It is soooo wonderful to see them on your blog. And the Halloween costumes are AWESOME!
