Oh it feels so nice when I get home from working all night (as an NICU RN at UCSF) and I’m greeted by my family rowing in to get me. Today, rather than picking me up and taking me back out , they hopped out of the dinghy to roam around on land for the day. I hopped in the dinghy to row it back to the boat so that I can get a few hours of sleep in.  This seems to work pretty well for us, but we are definitely looking forward to when we leave and have a good little break from work.  Off to bed I go.
